FAQs & Legal Mumbo Jumbo

  • Since this is a small business, all sales will be considered as-is and final, but I will be happy to discuss any issues and try to find an amicable solution when possible. Please read product details carefully before purchase, I reserve the right to determine validity of claims of errors, defects or damage. 
  • I'm not a robot: Please remember that all of my products are handmade, one piece a time. Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind. 
  • Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds are offered on damaged goods only when shop is notified within 3 days of delivery. Exchanged for different sizes may be requested by buyer, but will be at sellers discretion to do so. All returns must be shipped back to me within one week of receiving and must be in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Monroe's Handmade cannot and will not be liable for shipments lost in the mail. 
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: I love taking custom requests & getting creating with my customers. Feel free to email me if you would like to change an aspect of any outfit/design. Nearly all of the fabrics that I use can be used to make many other pieces, so feel free to ask if you don't see what you're looking for! The possibilities are endless!
  • Handmade Clothing Care Instructions: Hand wash or wash in warm water using gentle machine cycle with phosphate free detergent. Hang to dry, or machine air dry/low heat. If need be, you may use a warm iron, printed side down and for best results, synthetic setting only. You may iron all vinyl designs flat, but from inside of garment only. 
  • Fabric content & CPSIA Standards Met: Fabric inks have been tested to ensure that they contain none of the substances prohibited by CPSIA and are safe for infant and pet use. Fabrics have not been treated with harsh flame retardant chemicals. Fabrics printed and spun in USA. 
  • BE SAFE! Please do not leave your little babes unattended in any of the tie on headwraps, bands or accessories. They are not to be slept in.
